Defender Sound Deadening and Heat Proofing

Sound Deadening and Insulation for Defenders

Our much-loved Land Rover Defenders can be on the noisy side at times; however, the good news is that this can be alleviated with Sound Deadening and Insulation sheets. There are no quick fixes to reduce road and engine noise and if you want the problem solved properly it requires a bit of work, but in the end, you’ll be happier with the vast improvement in the quality of the drive. Unwanted noise is created within most vehicles, especially the Land Rover Defender. This occurs across most parts of the vehicle, such as the doors, the engine bay etc. All of which need to be treated using several different methods to achieve worthwhile results.

We recommend that you change your oil in line with your vehicle's service schedule but for vehicles that only do a low annual mileage then we recommend that the oil is changed at least once per year. The amount of oil needed for a Land Rover Defender varies depending on the specific model and engine type. The table below gives general guidelines regarding the amount of oil required for Land Rover Defenders, but it is important to always check the owner's manual to confirm the exact oil capacity required for your specific Defender model and engine type.
