Ignition Barrel and Handle Conversion Kit - One Key Operation for Defender 90 / 110

This is the full Ignition Barrel and Handle Conversion Kit to convert your Land Rover Defender front doors with the later style key and larger diameter locks as fitted to later TD5 and Puma models. This will allow you to use one key to open your two front doors, rear door and start the car.

Suitable Vehicles:

• Fits all Defenders 1990 onwards (3rd barrel will not fit in Pre 2002 rear door handles, see below.)

This kit contains:

• 1x Ignition Barrel With 2 Keys
  (Choose Genuine Land Rover or Aftermarket NOTE: Genuine keys have land rover oval logo.)
• 2x Sheer Bolts for the Ignition Barrel
• 3x Matching Door Lock Barrels
• 2x Push Button Door Handles
• 2x Gasket Sets For The Handles
• 4x New Bolts For Fitting The Door Handles

This kit is a direct fit for all Defenders after 1990.

So this includes 200tdi 1990-1994, 300tdi 1994-1999 and TD5 1998-2006

This will of course also fit all Puma engines models 2007-2016 but would be a replacement rather than an upgrade.

NOTE: The third lock barrel will not fit pre 2002 rear door handles (as they are too big) so if you want to replace that too, you will need either part number LR031336 (for non central locking handle) or LR031337 (central locking handle)

Please note this is not a direct fit on pre 1990 models which had the NA or TD engines fitted as the connections on the back of the ignition barrel are different. Unless you are experienced with auto wiring.
