- Use the glass as a template on the side of the vehicle and allow an extra 6mm larger diameter around it for the rubber seals to fit.
- Use a Jigsaw to cut out the hole in the side panel.

Our Defender Spare Wheel Carriers are chassis mounted rather than door mounted to reduce the strain on the door hinges. Fitting instructions available.
