These Land Rover Defender Alpine Window inserts are a unique product, designed and manufactured solely by Masai 4x4.
As a manufacturer and fitter of Defender headlinings, we had many discussions with our customers regarding a solution to the fact that the headlining products were pre-cut with a hole for Alpine windows, but not all Defenders had Alpine windows.
Unable to find a solution on the market, we decided to solve it ourselves. We produce these Alpine Window Inserts in the same 10 colours and finishes as our headlining products with separate options for Defender 90 and 110 models.
We do not hold all colours in stock. Please contact us to see if a special order is required.

Land Rover Defender Spare Wheel Carriers – 90 and 110
We design and manufacture the Land Rover Defender Swing Away Spare Wheel Carriers and Land Rover Defender LARGE (heavy duty) Spare Wheel Carriers (for the Defender 90 and 110, replacement part number KTB500040) – may fit other models too – just call. Our Defender Spare Wheel Carriers are chassis mounted rather than door mounted to reduce the strain on the door hinges. Fitting instructions available.
Masai® Land Rover Defender Spare Wheel Carriers are high quality products made of heavy duty steel, with zinc plate and thermoplastic powder coat automotive paint for rust free life. Includes fitting kit and instructions. Our Land Rover Defender Spare Wheel Carrier has special hinged bushes with grease nipples to provide long-life and serviceable parts. The steel is laser-cut with superior clean welding. For Pre 2002 Defender versions of the Large spare wheel carrier a strengthening kit is included, IF requested in the options.
