Our Defender rear windows are made using E43R toughened safety glass – Omega Automotive has been manufacturing automotive safety glass and many other vehicle parts for many decades and supplies all around the World to various automotive firms. The dark tint is factory-prepared – the glass is actually tinted and not a stuck on film which can peel off – film is not simple to apply in any case as the glass has to be removed.

Work has been undertaken to enhance the driver experience by fitting full sound deadening to the roof, floor, seat boxes, inside doors and bonnet along with refurbished transfer box retuned to Discovery 2 gear ratios to make driving on the motorway much quieter. The shock absorbers, springs and bushes have all been replaced so the vehicle now drives like new. The luxury of the interior has been further enhanced by being fully carpeted in beige throughout. This classic vehicle has been upgraded to include contemporary features such as Double DIN LCD 6.8 Screen with reverse camera and Bluetooth/ handsfree audio system and sub woofer.
